Hi there - I've just moved into my own first unit and need help with the first item below and advice on the rest. Other items listed to be costed by you once you've had a chance to have a look: 1. Replacing a toilet seat. I've tried to do it myself and cannot get one side off, needs someone stronger than me to remove the wingnut! I have the new seat ready to replace. Advice on: 2. I also need 2 or 3 extra power sockets added to the flat ( I don't have these yet). 3. Advice on how to hang the microwave - brackets or shelf and where in the kitchen. 4. Replace lock on front door (don't yet have a new one - want your advice first) 5. Installation of an IXL 3 in 1 light/fan/heat in the bathroom (don't have yet, want advice on if it will work in my bathroom first). 6. Two hard-to-open doors: hinges may just need adjusting, or taken off and shaved. 7. Shelves added to two store cupboards. If you are able to do all these jobs, could you come over first to fit the new toilet seat and advise on the rest of the items. The fee for this is $100. Others items to be costed by you, once you have assessed what needs to be done.

I need help to fix a few things around the house. 1. slow-close toilet seats are slamming x 2 toilets. 2. water pressure is not strong enough in the bathroom basin. 3. kitchen tap is wobbly. 4. bathroom door (glass) is imbalanced and catching the door frame and scraping the paint. Additional note: the toilet seats - we tried removing the cartridge but could not find the release. Went to Bunnings and been told that we have to go to a specialist if we wish to replace the seats.
