Need to replace toilet seat Fix wooden table - the table is old so it doesn’t need to be a perfect job just glue or screw back the broken parts so it could look ok

My wife is on my back and i need your help. I need someone to refix a toilet seat mount. The issue is it is a top mount only. I have the fitting you'll need, but it's fiddly. I've done one and then the other one broke. I need some help before we have a toilet seat shaped broken window! I'll also get you to square up the other 2 toilet seats, replace a toilet roll holder, and tighten up the other 2 toilet roll holders. I need it done by the weekend so i'm a chance of watching the footy in peace! Straightforward job for a handyman - seemingly impossible for me!

Replace two toilet seats (I will supply, recent model American Standard), silicon filler between tiles and newly installed range hood, for in the grille for newly installed range hood which i trie but cannot do. Will pay reasonable hourly rate, not necessarily the sum noted below which was required by website. UPDATE, forgot to mention that in a ceiling there is a new smoke detector slightly smaller than the one it replaces. Need small holes filling and touch up paint around it.
