I need help removing a spinning nut that is attached to a bolt as part of a bottom mount toilet seat. both the nut and bolt spin together making it impossible to remove the nut. So far I have tried removing the build up of rust with a lubricating and penetrating spray and using adjustable grips to hold the bolt in place whilst trying to loosen the nut. The nut is 10mm in diameter. - Due date: Flexible

We have a toilet lid cover that broke off from the hinges. We've managed to glue it back together, but we're unable to put it back onto the hinges. There are no bolts on the underside, no clear nuts or screws we can remove so we're quite baffled. Happy to pay you to come take a look for us, great if you can put the lid back on - we're also okay if you assess that we need a replacement and will pay you for that process too.
