Find an experienced handyman in Sylvania

I’m Looking to mount a large boxing bag in my garage. The garage is cement slabs on the ceiling and brick on the walls. I do not have the mount yet to hang the bag, and I do not know the best way to hang it without causing any possible issues. I’m looking for someone with experience with hanging bags who can help in picking the best mount, installing and getting the job done. I want the bag hung where it won’t possibly cause damage to the roof and will limit vibrations. I’m flexible on pricing based on what’s needed and will cover the cost of the mount you recommend.

We are currently undertaking a renovation project and remedial works and are in need of a general contractor to help with various tasks as needed. The project involves multiple stages, and assistance may be required intermittently based on the progress of other trades. This is an example of the types of tasks: - Manual Labor: for example, digging around underground around walls in prep for re-waterproofing and drainage installation. - Removal of tiles and plaster for various tasks. - Assisting in getting areas ready for waterproofing - Assisting with tunnelling and cutting cement for install of basement drainage, and grate drains. - Assisting with re-tiling balconies - Assist with installing drains - Supporting preparation for rendering the house - i.e. removing external window frames and filling gaps around - Helping with site cleanup, including debris removal and disposal. - Assisting with installing gyprock and exterior plaster. Payment: We are willing to pay a daily rate based on experience and skill level. Payment will be made at the end of each day worked. Days: While Friday and Weekend availability is preferred, it is not necessary, and we can be flexible with scheduling. As the project involves multiple stages, and assistance may be required intermittently based on the progress of other trades.

Window with chipped hole needs to be replaced. Dimensions 840 x 630mm

We have a lower roof over the front door and garage which is already framed, needs colourbond sheets, facias and gutters.

I have a Reformer Pilates studio which has timber machines and leather upholstery. See attached videos. One of the supporting structures has come loose. It requires 4 screws and two of the screws have come loose and the timber frame has deteriorated. To be honest I don’t know how else to describe it.
