Bathroom window frame has rotted at bottom panel. It’s an old window so timer was used. Due to moisture in bathroom the timber doesn’t dry and gathers condensation. Possibility of requiring aluminium frame instead. Measurements are 111mm high x 77mm wide.

I have a brick wall that needs plaster board put into it. I don’t have the plaster board please purchase and install.

Our kitchen door leading to the hallway gets stuck closed – it is a problem with the doorhandles jamming that needs fixing. Our other kitchen door that leads to the back yard does not close properly. It is something to do with the door being a slightly wrong shape for the frame. We need both of things fixed.
