A empty 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa requires an end of lease clean. It has been freshly painted and new vinyl/carpet throughout. There are no blinds or curtains. Pet flap in door to garage Pressure clean Cement path in courtyard and any brickwork with chalk or children's mess Screens on most windows Garage has an oil stain. The deck has a BBQ grease patch on the Eco-deck. This may come off with a pressure hose. Eve over the deck, about 2X3 metres and 2.1 m high needs a spray and wipe. The villa is currently empty, with tenants ready to move in, so earliest time would be good. Access is available via a lock key box.

Some small general handyman tasks Example: 1) change a lightbulb and put lightcover back on ( I’m simply too short and don’t have a ladder lol) 2) hang a curtain rod bracket 3) hang a small wall mounted fan ( no electrical work needed only require the fan hung on wall and happy for the power cord to hang on below to be plugged into the wall power socket. 4) Build a very very easy old wooden pallet garden. ( I have the simple design but I don’t have the tools ie: hammer etc ) I’ve attached some pics to help. Most of these tasks will only take 10-20minS. I’ve put $35 on this post only to get the ball rolling. Im happy to also pay for any of the items/equipment required for any of these tasks on top/additionally to allow a small profit to be made lol.
