Find an experienced handyman in San Remo

Looking for a handy man to fix a few things up in my rental I have attached some images 2 doors needing bottom fixed as seen in photos. This will need to be done on the date selected as I will be vacating my property. Must bring own tools and supplies wall paint and door paint provided.

We would like another coat on Front and Back decks. We have the stain paint. We would like to mount our tv on the wall. A few other miscellaneous jobs too

I need someone to install a wall hung clothesline, cut a hole in my door and install a doggy door, and cut a hole in my laundry sink for my washing machine water line to feed through. Would be preferrable if the installer could also purchase the clothesline and doggy door from bunnings on their way through (but im happy to if its too much hassle). Hi all, Posting this again as the previously accepted tradie is unable to do the work anymore due to personal reasons. I would like to get some help with minor kitchen works: 1 - Tiling kitchen walls Wall 1 - 2.5m x 0.6m Wall 2 - 2.6m x 0.6m 2 - Installing a bathroom fan - bought from Bunnings 3 - Patching 1 hole on the wall. Happy to buy whatever materials are needed or better if you have whatever is required already. Will supply tiles or if you need to buy new tools to do the job, I will compensate upon receiving receipt. Preferably someone who is experienced, knowing what to do with minimum instructions. I am open to suggestions too. Ideally, the job is to be done at the earliest convenience. San Remo area.
