I need handyman to change over plaster cornice on the ceiling due to recent rain leaking. See photo

The hinges in my bedroom cupboard are broken. I have included the purchase price of replacement hinges in the job price.

External door at the back of the house needs both the hinges to be replaced. Make sure that the door can be closed and opened after fixing the hinges. You will need to buy the proper hinges and I can pay for it.

Supply and install woodgrain or painted white barn door in living room to enclose bedroom. Black tracks and handles. Clean and tidy and remove all rubbish. Looking for options similar to styles in last photo in order of preference 1-3

A door hinge has become loose and the door is now not closing properly. The lower hinge is ok the upper hinge has come off

Just had a plumber move washing machine taps in the laundry and now need 2x cut holes plastered. Will need to be the same board as whatever is currently used in the laundry (7.5mm fibre board? see comments). You can see the raw type of board on the left of the image, sorry I don't know what it is, but I assume some water proof board for laundries. The larger hole has taps protruding, so the water will need to be turned off at the street, the current taps undone, plaster installed and taps reattached. We will be painting the entire laundry at a later date so dont need it painted unless you think it needs to be sealed to be protected The holes are roughly sized but may not be exactly square: 500mm x 760mm 310mm x 365mm You will need to supply the materials and everything required to complete the job

Frame up and sheet new walls to enclose downstairs laundry. Add new entrance door. Potentially install small basic new window in one wall. Cover/Seal up tops of existing walls so room is sealed. Open bid for work to be quoted budget open for negotiation.

1. I need a step replaced on our front wooden stairwell. You’d need to go Bunnings to get the material. Also, the screws have rusted into the wood so it very difficult to remove. 2. Re-hang a downstairs door. 3. Install a front door lock (I will have the new lock ready install). 4. Dismount a dryer from the wall. Also, I am working Monday to Friday and only home after 4:30pm.
