Find a professional roller shutter repair in VIC

The roller shutter outside my lounge room is stuck. Probably one of the fins stuck. I do not have proper tools to fix this hence asking for help.

Need someone with an experience in fixing window roller shutters. Some observations / assumptions below: - 2-3 roller shutter not working properly needs to be checked and fixed. - 1 of the roller shutter seems to be not working. must be electrical issue. unsure if wirings need to be fixed or parts to be replaced. - the rest of the roller shutter has nothing wrong on the electrical as it is seems to functioning. The shutter itself is operating however it sounds like it stuck on something. Assuming that the roller is out of its tracks rail

There is wooden door on the side of house which is 3.5m wide. That door need to be replaced with remote roller shutter.

Single window roller Shutter not coming down. Motor works fine. Seems the guide brackets inside the unit have come off or broken and shutter just spinning and not being guided down.
