gardening and handy-person work: Outside, would be looking for (understand if you let us know what you can/cant do): window clean, cobweb removal, add soil and compost to vegie garden (i have it, would appreciate if you have a wheelbarrow), pruning of jasmin plants along back fence, putting in training stakes (i have those), laying a path if stone papers and pebbles (over dead grass), pruning roses bushes out the front to straighten up the plants (replacing training stakes, which i have). Inside: help to put some pictures on the wall (with adhesive tape mainly, no nails) - I can help if needed, put some legs on a futon (I have the legs, I have a drill but maybe best if you use your own), fix some broken horizontal roller blind string if possible

New ceiling fan with remote to be installed. There is a point on the ceiling that was installed by the builder's electrician for the purpose of fan installation however, fan was not installed and a light holder was instead put in there. There are two other fans that are installed but there is no power in the fans. The builder's electrician installed these but may be not connected to power in the switch or the ceiling itself.
