There is a sliding door to the bathroom which has been (a bit) stuck for years. It can still open and close fully but it needs to be really pulled and jiggled around to do so. Location is Point Lonsdale Ideal time is between 17 and 18 Dec. I think something in the wall has moved and it’s dragging on something. Would love to get this fixed before christmas. If something more is needed like a new door or parts then I am happy to cover costs. - Due date: Ideally before Christmas.

Will require -Existing door to be removed -New Door to be installed (as it is a stacked door, the overall width of the door is greater by around 80mm. Internal flooring may need to be cut) -Replacement of any quad/weatherboards that are damaged - Foam fill around door to stud - Install waterproofing / flashing above and along jambs of new door
