Ceiling repair in bathroom: Due to a previous damp issue, there are 2 holes in the plaster ceiling where the downlights are located that needs repairing/replacing (leaving the 2 downlights hanging lower than the ceiling). These holes need to be repaired, so the downlights sit back in the ceiling. There will also be general sanding/smoothing & painting of the ceiling post plaster repair. General handyman work: Minor caulking around kitchen benchtop; pulling out picture hanging plugs in wall and filling holes; installing 2 small (60mm) blinds (already purchased); potentially a few other small tasks. - Due date: Before Friday, 18 August 2023

Hang 2x large photo frames on a plasterboard wall. Provide appropriate wall fixings and necessary tools. Using a small screw in the wall is OK but it’s important to minimise damage. Frames are relatively light-weight. Reference images are attached. I’m available any time Saturday or Sunday. There is no visitor parking in the building so you’ll need to find a street park in the local area.

Remedial plastering of edges of walls where gyprock walls were removed - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 15 May 2022

In need of an experienced tradesperson you plaster portions of wall where tiles and cabinets have been removed. Room is small - 1.5m2 and not all of the walls need doing, just where the old cabinets were. Ideally ASAP.

Moving in made some slight damages to wall. Need to fixed up, and corrected. I don’t know how much it would I cost to repair and I’d invite you to take a look to ensure you can match paint etc The marks aren’t huge, but may require some touch ups with putty / plaster etc and paint
