Fireplace surround is being replaced and there is some skimming required to get a flat surface on the chimney breast for new surround. Setting plaster on ceiling and cornice for small renovation. - Due date: Flexible

To repair/replace cornice, 6.2 metres long.

We need our stair case to be plastered and one wall on the hall way made with slats.

New downlights and switches put in so there is a bit of patching up to do. 3 small ceiling patches and 4 small trims. Please see photos. I’d love it if this could be done first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you!

I need a alsterboard tradesman to do two small jobs in different houses (houese are literally a 2 minute drive apart). To prepare for water proofing, I also need flanges installed to the two floor wastes, toilet waste and basin waste that can be seen in the photos. Flanges internal dia are 45, 125, 80 and 80. Job / house 1. Currently in the process of renovating a bathroom. Need FC wall patched around where shower mixer is. I have FC board but person will need tools, fixings and setting material. Job / house 2. Had a leaky skylight which damaged board aroundskylight as can be seen in the photos. Leak has been fixed but need to repair this using FC sheet (which I have) or other approriate material. Tools, fixings and settign material will also need to be provided. Needs to be repaired ready for painting.
