I had a big water leak and so an area of drywall approximately 30cm by 30cm (a little smaller) needs to be replaced. The area is completely dry now and plumbing repaired - this occurred two months ago. Additionally, there is an area of general wear on another wall that I can’t simply fill because the dry wall has crumbled. I’m still in the process of moving out (had to leave in a hurry because of the burst pipe!) but the two rooms are relatively clear and very accessible. Although I’m not currently advertising for this, I’ll eventually need the whole apartment painted - so if anyone is interested in a bigger job, and can offer me a good deal for both I’d be interested. But the ad is only for this job, so offers accepted! - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 8 July 2023 as I won’t be back in Essendon before then.
