Small job to prepare and fill cracks in plaster boards in corners of walls and ceiling in beed room and hall way

Re-do joins in plasterboard, fix cracks, realign some cornices, re-install part of plaster archway that has come off and re-do corners in all the rooms prior to us repainting. Happy to quote in hourly rates.

An internal stud wall has a double doorway in it. I’d like to remove te doos and rebuild the the wall. The work will include removing doors and stripping off the wall features around it, then build stud wall, plaster it, fill-in all imperfections and then paint the wall that’s been created and all the wall around it, on both sides. I’ve added images of the doorway that needs a new stud wall. I’ll remove the doors and job includes removing existing fixtures, building stud-wall, new trim, plastering and paint - I’ll supply paint. We take possession of the property on May 24th, and then need the job completed asap after that -ideally Sat 25th May to Tue 28th May.

Hi, Background - I had a water leak in my bedroom window and have stopped the leak through caulking inside and outside the windows. - This window will be replaced in a few months. - I have removed the insulation and plaster wall for mould treatment - Now ready to re-install new insulation and wall Work required - see attached photos. 1. Patch small gap hole where aircon pipe is - take a photo after you patched 2. Remove mouldy timber strip that was for laying carpet 3. Supply and install wall insulation (either Bradford or Earthwool) 4. Supply and hang new plaster wall ready for painting 5. Re-install floor skirting 6. Supply paint and paint entire wall and skirting. No need to paint windows as it is getting replaced. Its only one side of the wall in the bedroom. The wall has a window. Size of the wall is 266cm x 480cm. Size of the window is 270cm x 112cm. See attached photos. I'm thinking the areas where there are electrical, phone outlets, and connection to aircon, to leave the wall plaster around them as it is and not remove it. Maybe like a 10-20cm margin. Bedroom is on the 3rd floor in a small townhouse. For the carpet, remove the carpet and carpet underlay about 50cm away from the wall, for the entire length of the wall You need to provide dropsheets to cover the bed and the floor, as well as a proper cover for the aircon.
