In relation to the jobs to be done: 1. Dryer to be hung: see attached photos of board, bracket, screws, instructions and dryer - 2. Linen cupboard hooks are broken (both doors) and it doesn't latch properly. 5. Bathroom towel rack to be installed: we will need to source a matching rail (see attached).

Smoke detectors going off at random times (was installed by the previous home owner in March 2022, so not old), there is one wired downstairs and one wired + three battery upstairs, not sure which one is faulty. Re-hanging our Curtain rod bracket + Curtain Our curtain rod bracket broke off the wall (was not secured into a stud, just into drywall). We need the old hole to be ‘patched up’ + the curtain rod bracket to be re-attached to the wall.

I have a dead possum on my man hole (I assume as found a dead one in my garage yesturday) the man hole is heavy and warm like something is on it. Had the place fumigated a month ago. Mount Gravatt east of - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 9 November 2023
