Old cabinets and bench top need to be demolished and new ones put in, including new acrylic splash back. Precise holes to be cut out of the splash back to accommodate for any wall GPOs. Everything needs to be caulked against the wall for clean finish, and a hole for the sink needs to be cut out , sink to be installed, and caulked. Must be precise with measurements and have correct tools to cut the sink out and must be able to caulk nicely and neatly everywhere. Basic plumbing required- to connect the drainage pipe back up. No need for any specialised plumbing work - I have a plumber who will change the tap and handles. The cabinets and bench top will be custom made to fit and supplied (from Bunnings) , sink will be supplied, all you need to do is the labour part. Top floating wall cabinets are staying, new electric stove to be put in by electrician (either before or after cabinets /bench top being put in , whatever's easier). I need some plastic bird spikes installed on my pergola, on 4 wooden panels (Bird spikes provided myself) I have the screws for it but a tall ladder would be required as I don’t think mine here would reach (unless youre really tall) and you’d need a drill or a screwdriver. Should be a quick job

Would like to replace the deteriorated timber covers by grout, see the sample photo. Looking for an experienced handyman to build Class 1 surface formwork for 2 groups of timber post, the formwork is about 400mm high that can cover the steel bolts. Grouting after formwork is done.

Kitchen drawer was removed some time ago (by past house owners) to install an ironing board that is no longer in place. So we need a replacement drawer. Would need to come firmly measure and determine how best to get a close match on style of the shocking 90s wood kitchen. Drawer size roughly 60cm x 25cm, so not a conventional drawer size, and face 64cm or so. Functionality more important that accuracy for the style - we would like it to match to some degree but the kitchen will need a makeover in years to come anyway. Also - budget is flexible. I believe this is more work than it looks.

Thank you for your reply. I have reconsidered and would like to install and interior wall and interior door. This is instead of an aluminum sliding door. I would also like to have perspex panels installed to an outside courtyard. The wooden beams might need to be replaced.
