It is a 7 bar electric heating towel rack . The bathroom wall is tiles on plywood. It needs to be drilled the holes and install the rack plus the electrical connection of the rack to the wall. There is another hanging bar that needs to be relocated in order to install the towel rack.

My old ensuite ceiling fan has dropped out of the bathroom ceiling. To be honest I never used it much and it’s just old. I had it taped up for a while and now it needs replacing. I have roof access in my apartment which only had 5 units . Probably need to buy the fan from Bunnings and needs a re instal. There is already a hole for it.
