Current curtain rails were installed one inch too low. I need them moved up, as close to the cornice as possible. There are 2 rails, approximately 1.3 metres each. Each is secure by 4 brackets inclusive of both ends. So you will need to drill 8 holes. Measurements are pretty much done just drill directly above current holes. You will need to bring drill suitable for brick walls, and supply wall anchors. Cleaning drill dust is a must. Thank you.

Help with hunging of art on walls

I have painted internally throughout but am unable to access the walls and window frames in the stairwell and upstairs landing due to height and access issues. I require an experienced and efficient painter to finish the job using suitable equipment e.g. ladders or mini scaffold. Height of top of window frame from floor on top landing is approx. 4 m. Painting of ceilings not required. Cost of paints covered separately as agreed.

We purchased a house recently and it has a bathtub in the back garden full of dirt and a couple of plants. We want to get rid of it, but it has a metal pipe coming out the bottom which goes into a cement slab. We want the bath, pipe and slab gone, but we don’t know who does this sort of work. We’d like it taken away too. A complicating factor is that the bathtub is next to the back fence and there is a sewer line on our neighbour’s property along the same fence line. We want to get the whole job done by one person, including disposal.

Remove old freestanding post letter box and securely install new one by cementing into the ground. Refit mechanism on screen security door so that it closes better and attach timber dowel to close gap at the bottom.

I have a Peloton treadmill that needs to go to the top of this slope. About 10 metres. It weighs 120kg so cannot do myself. Might need a rope to secure it up the top. It does have wheels which helps.
