The drain into the ground has a blockage just too far for me to reach. No other drains in the house are affected. Need flushed.

Diagnose where water is leaking from and repair. Replace with simple swivel mixer tap if needed. Water appears to be dripping and damaging cabinets from either under seal of tap or at connection point underneath.

I don't have a tap under my sink to connect a dishwasher hose so I'm needing a new tap put in so I can connect my dishwasher I have photos of under my sink if needed.

My metal kitchen sink is glued to the underside of my stone kitchen island bench top. House is less than 3yo.
