Just a bit of extra silicone to benchtop area in clear and white to ensure no water penetrates into cupboard. Kitchen sink used to have hot water, but a plumber fixed another issue, and it seems the hose or whatever for the hot water wasnt reattached properly.

The tap in my kitchen sink is loose came out and needs to be fixed.

We need to replace our existing mixer. Water flow isn’t good. Issue is the tap as the taps before and after the kitchen are all flowing well. The ikea tap on my kitchen sink has come loose and has decided to go for a bit of a snooze. Still works perfectly in terms of there being no leaks.
