I want to setup 3 pendant lamps and 1 chandelier look like pendant to be installed in the ceiling of the nook area. Installing this lamp in the existing points that was downligths. Looking you installing $40 for each lamp I have provided picture of the lamp that you could install and also the location to replace them.

Need a handyman/carpenter to install a mirror, a floating shelf and a few cloth hangers.

Need to have a 4m X 3m manual folding arm awning installed to my brick wall as per picture, above the sliding doors, which is about 4.1m wide between gutter to the right and electric conduit to the left. The black downlight can be removed if it intrudes on install. Awning came with brackets, but need to supply your own drill, level, stepladder etc. Flexible with day/time.

. Need to fix 2 sticky entry doors as they are hard to open or close. . It appears the door is catching on the door frame. . Need to adjust and leave 5-6mm gap between door and door frame. . Need to adjust and leave a 10mm gap at the bottom of the door.

Various patch jobs required.
