This table is beginning to show its age with some sagging taking place. This has caused the joints to separate also - so that the end-pieces are loose. We are hoping it can be repaired.

Queen bed frame has slats. The slats are constantly moving around. Need a handyman to come up with a solution to stop the slats from moving and have them fixed in place.

The existing gyprock wall, frame and beam needs to be replaced. Termites. After completion help with installing a barn door. The existing door and surrounds have already been removed. Don’t need trims around the door entry because I’m installing a barn door. Not sure the cost of this work so I’m not quoting a budget. 2.3m wide including the door opening.
