(1) - take out OLD termite damaged sections of the timber stud in the corner, alongside the PVC pipe, (damaged from the floor level to the top of the window head), and the damaged horizontal sill framing at the base of the window. The new stud will be a maximum of 2400mm. Replace with new and and then paint (we HAVE the sample pot of the colour match for you from Bunnings). Re-plaster where necessary and make good - You will need to paint the entire north wall of the toilet suite (approx. 1500mm x 2400mm - 3.6sqm) - and the west wall of the toilet suite (behind the toilet (approx. 900mm x 2400mm - 2.16sqm). The roof leak has been rectified to let you know. Re-tile the skirting tiles where necessary they are 200mm x 200mm - use white tiles (2) - The living room celling - when you walk into the townhouse, look right and you will see OLD very minor water STAINS. The stain approx. 200mm in diameter. The roof tiles have been repaired some time ago. Lightly sand this area and then paint with "ceiling white" paint - the section of ceiling that is cut off the main living room ceiling, this area approx. 600mm wide and 4000mm meters long - 1.45sqm - ceiling height here is 2300 approx. (step ladder will do it) – An inspection is possible if you wish to have a physical look –Thank you (3) Vacuum out the base of the north wall. (4) Photos to be taken has the job progresses please (5) Full 100% clean of the site on completion (5) Allowing for this project 2 days - 8 hours a day/16 hours @ $88/hour inclusive of GST - $1408 inclusive of GST (6) - Materials - 2400mm stud - window framing - plasterboard - etc. Must be suitable qualified thank you - mor images available upon request

I am looking for someone to install 4 x timber shelves into a double brick & gyprock wall in my kitchen. Details are as follows: - 4 x timber floating shelves to be installed (very heavy) - The wall is double brick that has been covered by gyprock. - The shelves are to be installed using long metal rods (came with the shelves) - As per installation instructions the drilled holes need Chemset/clear adhesive put inside before rods go in. Please note- I do not have Chemset/clear adhesive or any tools required. This will need to be supplied and I will reimburse. Please note that due to the shelves being installed above my kitchen bench top- access may be difficult. And experienced person is required to ensure the heavy shelves are installed securely.
