Hello! We have a heavy mirror 🪞 and a coat rack that we are hoping to get wall mounted in our apartment. The mirror is 800mm x 900mm and weighs 10kg The coat rack is 600mm x 140mm and weighs 5kg We have a preferred spot we would like these mounted if possible, but are open to other options if the wall is not appropriate for the weight. Ideally the mirror would sit about the coat rack on the same wall in our entry way. Photos attached - the mirror has 2 hooks on the back already, though happy for these to be changed if they're not appropriate, the coat rack doesn't have any hooks so would need these added as well. Installation of a small awning in a kit which is 1.2 metre wide to brickwork over an ensuite bathroom window.

I have all the parts - wood, screws, tracks, door. I just need someone with a stud finder and some building knowledge to hang the sliding door level for me.

Would be grateful for your help with some assorted handy tasks (always good to have two sets of hands). These would include things like: - plaster a small strip above a window - clean the dust from a room floor - fit and stick some carpet tiles - attach some fire alarms from Bunnings - etc

Remove internal door and replace with new one. I will be using the old hardware on the new door. New door is painted but will need all holes cut for handle, hinges etc.

Tiles have moved and created gaps, need to move back into place and prevent leaks. Unblock a drain pipe.

*Looking for someone to make and install a cover (ideally wood, but open to suggestions) to put in front of hot water system (so that it can't be seen or mostly hidden). Hot water system is about 1.5m off the ground in a 'cage'. Ideally, the cover will be able to be removed/unscrewed if the hot water system needs fixing.
