Need to finish around door (frame etc) and above door to 2700 ceiling, plus need to install Sydney Cove cornice to match. Also need to paint door, wall, cornice etc. Can source door and latch/lock myself if is more cost effective to do so. All else you will need to supply. Note existing opening is approx 920 x 2700.
