I have a property in Cherrybrook where the front entrance gate has started coming away from the wall. Its Dyna bolted but these have come loose causing the gate to drop. They also have an internal door where 3 screws have come loose and apparently needs larger screws to secure so the door shuts correctly. Hi - looking for some help replacing a few internal doors in my house and the installation of new handles. Need the following: -2 bedroom doors replaced with new handles installed. The new door handles are the same size. -2 bathroom doors replaced with new handles installed. The new door handles are lever style with a lock (picture below) ,the old handles were circular. -1 bedroom door handle replaced. The new door handle is lever style with a lock (picture below), old handle did not have a lock Doors and handles will be provided, note that the doors are not pre drilled but are cut to size, one bathroom door may need minor trimming. I have included pictures of existing doors, frames and new door handles. Please let me know if new locks are required or any additional materials.
