Wedding cake steps to be unbolted from deck, so will require lifting a couple of boards to access underneath bolts. New ladder requires 1 1/2 inch hole (what happened to metric??) drilled into deck boards to pass ladder rail through. Rail then affixed with three screws into a collar on the deck.
