Piara Waters WA, Australia The work we require you to do is on brand new modular homes that are not yet occupied. The house comes to site in 2 parts on a truck delivered to various sites across W.A. (Currently Piara Waters) and are joined up onsite. What’s required from you as a contractor. You will need to be able to quickly and efficiently be able to make good the join up where the 2 sections of the house come together internally. Please see attached photos. The join usually falls between 2 x door frames, so 2 x door frames will need taping and flushing to a finished standard and approximately 6-10 meters of taping & flushing the main internal join where the house comes together on the walls and across the ceiling to a high finished standard. There will also be some minor travel cracks that sometimes need doing. Please see photos attached. As a contractor you will be required to. Supply your own tools - Transport - And work to a high standard of finish You will have to supply a registered Abn No.- Public Liability Insurance Be respectful & polite to fellow workers & onsite residents Carry out a 1 Hr induction onsite (We will pay for your time to complete this) Site PPE requirements. Steel toe cap boots - Long Pants - Long sleeved Hi - vis shirt. You will also be subject to onsite random drug & alcohol testing from time to time,the ability to pass this is a must as you reflect our business. An Hourly rate of $50.00 an Hr is the offer from when you enter site and clock in with our onsite supervisor to when you finish & clock out of site with our site supervisor. We will ask you to do the first house as a trial to make sure we are satisfied with the level of finish & if the work is finished to standard, you will be asked to proceed through the other houses. Currently there are 4 houses to be worked on next week ready to go. With 2 - 3 more houses over the next 2 weeks. We will supply all materials. Ongoing work avaliable for the right person.

I have a small shed and need to convert it to an office asap. It already has a concrete floor and power but it needs foam sealing the metal sheets so the outside don’t come in. Insulation because it’s gets super hot and gyprock sheets installed and plastering to make it look the part. Can you do the lot? It’s about a 3m by 2m shed I think.
