A perimeter wall knocked down by a tree in the xmas storm needs rebuilding

Inlet pipe to rainwater tank becomes full and begins to leak despite using sealants on joints. Blockage could be in neck of inlet pipe or outlet. Rainwater tank could also do with a maintenance as unsure when it was last cleaned/ treated. Only used for garden water, not for tap water/ drinking.

I've done one and then the other one broke. I need some help before we have a toilet seat shaped broken window! I'll also get you to square up the other 2 toilet seats, replace a toilet roll holder, and tighten up the other 2 toilet roll holders. I need it done by the weekend so i'm a chance of watching the footy in peace! Straightforward job for a handyman - seemingly impossible for me!
