Pull down a few walls in an office, these walls have glass windows in them and are up stairs, throw them in a skip, pull down a reception desk throw that in the skip, some indoor shelving needs to be removed and the old carpet needs to be pulled up and thrown on the skip

Hello Needing 9 internal doors installed. 4 Bedrooms. 3 Bathrooms. 2 Passage Ways Doors provided by contractors, handles and door stops provided by me.

The corner of my roof, near the front door, is sagging. The gutters are pooling with water as a result. I believe this is caused by a rotting supporting beam at the front porch. The vertical beam shows signs of movement relative to the ceiling panel, and is damp at its base. The roof beam where the gutters attach has become warped too. The roof needs propping up, with rotting timber and the leak replaced. Annotated photos are attached, and more can be provided. Site inspection welcome

Repair Colour Bond Garden Shed Sliding Doors. Plastic Door Glides are worn-out and need to be replaced. Plastic Glides for both doors need to be replaced and both doors refitted.

An update on my previously posted task 1. Cut out and recaulk shower area. Size is 1m x 1m. Mostly floor only but a bit of the wall too as you can see in the pic. 2. Caulk bottom side of window frame between the frame and wall. Approx 2m

Fix new brackets / roller blinds to townhouse windows (some recess, some face) - 23 in total (including the 2 x privacy / blockout for large sliding door = 4 blinds). All windows easily accessible. All blinds made to measure.

The frame of a queen bed has come apart at the base of the bed just needs reinforcing. Also a door knob to be either refitted, or New One installed and sliding door. Catch needs adjustment please . Ongoing tasks TBA
