There was a water leak that went onto a section of flooring and water damaged the flooring. There is visible mould growth and I suspect mould growth the underneath. The owner of the rental wont pay to fix it even though there is clear water damage. Tried to to get the entire floor replaced but owner will not do it. Seeking to see if it would be at all possible to remove the damaged floor boards and remove any mould underneath. (I am even happy to clean the mould underneath myself. If needed) And a few replacment pieces put in. If possible. I am willing to pay at mynown expense. Thanks - Due date: Flexible
