Backed into garage door has dents on the lower two brackets.

Have an old, stand alone aluminum garage. Handle from the outside does not open so either issue with handle (needs replacement) and/or hinge/cable that allows to open. Side door handle is limp and needs replacement to lock the garage. Repair preferably on 7 or 8 Nov 2020.
