I need a ceiling fan to be replaced. Service must include removal and disposal of the old fan, and installation of new fan and setup of remote. Need the remote wall bracket neatly installed for remote too in place of the old one. See photo. Should be a very straight forward new for old replacement, in a bedroom - single storey house.
