This will need to be done preferably all in one weekend the quicker the better! Mid to End of April! This could be multiple people or just one, I don’t mind I will require a copy of your license just for safety as you will be in my home for extended periods of time. House renovations to be completed. I have had a handyman come and work through this place but has fallen ill and can lo longer complete the job. Unfortunately, he was halfway through the whole house. Items Left 1 Toilet one to be plumbed ( new taps and hot water) Tiled and shower and vanity installed 2) Kitchen to be installed (2nd had ) so some mods maybe required d. Electrical and plumping will be needed too 3) One room and kitchen floor yet to have nail removed and sanded back to the baord 4) Spare room to have new shower screens and toilets installed and plumed. There were no toilets or showers there before. The shower is a fully contained cubicle shower. Toilets will have to be plumbed back to the wall outside to waste. 5) painting be finished or cutting done. almost 70% complete 6) general tidying and also a new laundry installed.
