Regarding the front security door, it has a large gap at the top, causing it to get stuck when the door is closed, this looks like it could have been from the tenant being too rough or even kicking / slamming the door, the handle is also not operating at its best. There is no air cannister at the top either causing it to fly away in the wind and potentially cause new damage to the exterior of the property.

Make a drill template using a plastic ruler or wood ruler. 2. Drill the cabinet door and install door handle. Total there are 26 handles to be installed.
Ryan came on time and in short notice. He installed all 26 door handles from 9pm at night until 12pm midnight. What a legend. Good workmanship and professionalism.
