Need to have the bottom of the garage door sealed to try and prevent rain from entering into garage. Garage is being converted into a studio/man cave, fully carpeted, so I need to have it be as fool proof as possible. Garage is at the bottom of a slope, with a rain gutter just before the door. There is however a small gap (Pictured) where rain could possibly slip by. I don't plan on ever opening the garage door so whatever options are available I am happy to try.
