One double sash wooden window needs the cable mechanism repaired as the cords are broken. Other windows have been previously repaired with plastic piping - see pic

Made the mistake of unscrewing the hidden hinges to a cupboard to adjust the height and now cannot put the ddor back on. Also have another internal ddor that is scaping the wooden flooe when opening

Just received a new door after my car being forced with broken handle and broken window. The job consist to replace that door and fix the side mirror on the new door aswell. And then change the door handle in the passenger side too. Hopefully job is not taking too long and I have the pieces for replacement (door and door handle) but you need the knowledge and the tools. Need someone (preferably the same person) to complete the below tasks, someone really handy with a few different skills needed to get it all done in a day or at least most of the things, thank you: - fix a loo roll holder that is loose and doesn’t stay in a horizontal position - fix a doorknob that is loose and comes off the door sometimes when it is pulled - fix a gas lift (?) trap door that covers an enclosure for Council rubbish bins. The door / lid lifts up and is supposed to stay in place but instead it falls down. - change the lock on a mailbox, it’s rusted or old and doesn’t open/close easily and always gets stuck - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 11 December 2023
