Recently purchased a 2017 Pajero Sport that turns out to have a few issues. Need a couple things fixed and would like some quotes. -During heavy rainfall, there appears to be two leaks from the roof (refer to images). Would like to identify the source of leak and have it repaired. -second issue is driver side rear passenger door is missing a bolt that connects the door to the hinge.On closer inspection, there’s a headless bolt lodged in there that is stuck that I have not attempted to remove. So I need the headless bolt removed and a replacement bolt put in its place. Please provide quotes if possible. Happy to travel, but would be better if you can come to me.

5 internal doorknobs/latches/ striker plates removed for painter need reinstalling. Most will need some sort of prep work eg filling old holes, puttying, sanding etc. which may suit someone who is employed full time & looking for a bit of extra cash who can pop in for an hour or so on a couple of visits.
