I need to have this door self shut close. It is an old door and may have expanded with winter moisture and is not shutting completely. The door closure unit seems to work (see photos). The door may need some shaving. Handle may need adjustment. Perhaps it needs a simple latch on the top (wood to wood) or, also a latch at the bottom (wood to concrete).
