Front door rubs and doesn't close easily. I need this door to close quietly and easily as it's next to bedrooms. 1. Door may need to be planed off as it's rubbing when closing. 2. Front door latch is not aligned properly with it's strike plate. 3. Deadbolt strike plate doesn't sit flush, wasn't recessed properly and rubs on the bolt every time the door closes.
