Need a handyman to repair a window which is not closing

Hi, looking for someone to make my outdoor area apart of my house, so remove the load bearing wall, opening it to the outside, raising the concrete to be flush with the house, put up the frame & install a window on one side and sliding door on the other side, brick the outside, insulation and plaster on the inside and foot board the new concrete area. Must match the rest of the house inside out, see photo of what it will look like something like that except window will be bigger and sliding door will be a normal 2 panel sliding door Measurements are Load bearing wall 3850 wide 2500 high Left side where sliding door will go 2300 wide x 2350 high Side where window will go 3520 wide x 2350 high

1) small holes in wall x3. 2) door handles need to be tightened 3) kitchen cabinet doors 4)bathroom cabinet door 5) may be some small paint jobs 7) deck paint 8) door lock

Door Area Measurements for Security/flyscreen Door 2056mm x 826mm

The top section/track of our bifold doors has come down a bit with natural house movement which means the doors grind on the track when we try and open them (difficult to open and close them). A window specialist came out to inspect and he said the best method is to remove the doors and grind/shave off the top section of the doors so that way they can open and close with ease. Only problem is that he is too busy to do it this end of year. He said it can be done on site, nothing needs to be removed away.
