The front window on our lounge has come apart(see pictures) a little not sure how but think it just gave way from being open not sitting closed. It not urgent but I would think it needs fixing just in case it falls further and glass slips out. I do like having the window open as it does get hot in here.

Hi, I need to have the base of drawer fixed with more screws as the back isn’t screwed in and constantly falls out(see photos). Secondly, I need to have the hinge on my kitchen cupboard replaced. Puppy caused chew damage to multiple door architraves and corners, in the second floor apartment i'm renting.
