My bathroom sliding door is broken and I think one of the 2 top rolling hinges has unattached - Due date: Flexible

I have a Rinnai 3kw portable AC unit which needs venting to an awning style window. The supplied venting pipe length is sufficient to reach the window. I would like to ensure the fitment is as closed to sealed as possible. I don't believe the existing hardware allows for a satisfactory seal. Some adjustments or additional brackets will likely be required. This needs to be a non permanent solution, the window frame cannot be drilled into as this is a rental.
