Elbow hinged corner cupboard door broke. The hinge broke, sheared off. We have a replacement hinge but need someone to attach it. One attempt has been made, but it wasn't properly aligned and didn't shut, so the chipboard inside the cupboard has holes and some dowel in it.

Few varied jobs needed. Mostly looking for plasterer who does clean work and can leave paintable surfaces for me that are free of awful visible plaster lines. 1) Re-plastering of a roof, roof is currently spackled with some cracks. Open to suggestion for best way to manage a nice looking new roof (even if it needs to be a "false roof" on top of what's already there) 2) Adding new ceiling cornices after taking down old ones. 3) Filling in a kitchen/dinning "pass through" window visible in picture 4) Creating a new door + filling in the old door space to a bedroom. Please note that it's a double brick home, will likely have brick half way up the inside of the wall where the new door will need appropriate tools. Open to quotes for specific jobs in the list or to handle the whole lot. Qualified and able to demonstrate some previous work that you have completed please. Will not be considered otherwise

Require someone who has drill to install door bell bracket on external wall. No electrical wiring required...just the bracket

I have 3 sets on windows that enclose 2 separate bedrooms that don't seem to seal very well so wanting to see if that can be improved to reduce noise from outside. Not sure best way to do this or what it show cost so willing to take any guidance. There is a basement area so it's kind of 1.5 storey to get to the windows from the outside. Thanks.

Movement in the door frame has resulted in the locking bar and the hole in the strike plate being misaligned. Need to file the hole a bit or move the strike plate up 0.5 cm.
