I have 6 brass door handles that all need attention. Four need tightening, one is broken and one is completely off

The garage door will need the exterior veneer and mouldings replaced and repainted. Two of the cornices in the garage ceiling have dropped. These will need to be repaired/replaced. There may be some other small things in the unit too (eg. repair/replace shelving in the pantry).
