I have recently had a Samsung a30 lock installed in the front door. While the door always had a “gap” issue it was not an issue until now when the lock is self operating. I am looking for a carpenter or handyman who is familiar with "Floor hinge". You will need to adjust it so the door will close shut properly all the way (currently it leaves about 5-7mm gap) Alternatively I am open for other solutions

I need this crack in this hollow door patched up and then colour matched with the appropriate white paint. It’s roughly 13cm long and 8cm wide. I’m moving out of a rental and would love it done as best as it can be.
