External garage door needs to be replaced. Can provide the door and it just needs to be attached to the existing hinges and cut a hole for the door knob

There are two tasks: First is to repair or troubleshoot the main power switch shown on pic which connected to 10-ish power outlet. I have unplugged all appliances and the switch is still tripped. Not sure what's going on. Second is to reinstall a door bell with LCD screen as shown in pic. I have purchased a new set to replace. All existing power and cable are in place. I need a handyman to properly install one door guard (please see photo attached). The guard still needs to be purchased as I'm not sure of the correct size etc. There is a BUNNINGS warehouse which is 2.7km away from here where the guard can be purchased from once you have seen the door. My budged includes checking the door first for buying the correct guard, going to BUNNINGS and purchasing the guard and installing.
