Hello, I am seeking a general handy person for some small tasks. I am requesting that you have all of the items needed to get the jobs done. (1) I have some pavers at the front of the house that are coming off and need to be reattached. There are about four cement pavers that need to be secured. (2) I have water leaking from the shower due to an issue with the seal at the base of the shower door. Water leaks from door and onto the floor. (3) I have 8 paintings/pictures that need hangings. one of the paintings needs an extra strength and one other that needs a double hook but the rest are normal picture hangings.

Install wooden privacy screens on second floor terrace of townhouse.

The garage door cannot operate properly, the wheel will go away from the track and may fall off some time. Attached the photos for your reference. I reckon this was due to the buckling from the wheel tracking steel, however I’m not pretty sure. The door can still operate from time to time, we just need to put back in the wheel if it’s fall off. Let me know if you have any further queries.

We would like to remove an old gas heater from our fireplace and need help locking the gas pipe so when we turn the gas back on there is no gas coming up the fireplace while the rest of the house has gas supply still.
