1. Construct 2 small concrete slab in the soil ground appropriately 250mm by 250mm. Let it cure say 1-2 day 2. Install a foldable cloth line by bolting legs in concrete slab. I supply cloth line. Please note this is a 2 stages work and you need to come brack again.

I just bought a used BES920 with leaking around the portafilter/grouphead (perhaps gasket is worn and needs replacing) and pressure isn’t reaching 9bars (but it is with a blind basket). Would like to have it fixed with calcium build-up removed for a complete seal, and a general check of other potential failure points or issues affecting performance for machine of this age (ie o-rings, scale buildup, etc). Would like to have it working at full capacity with a clean bill of health. The system was built Dec 2018 but only has 600 shots on the shot counter. Other than above issue it looks clean internally with no other visible signs of leaks from what I could tell.

The roller door is perforated which allows dust and dirt to enter the unit.
